How do I cancel my subscription?

On Desktop:

  1. Log into your Short Par 4 account (top right corner of the screen)
  2. Click “Manage Subscription” on the left side of your screen. 
  3. Under your subscription you would like to cancel, click ‘Manage this subscription’
  4. You will then see the option to select “Cancel Subscription” towards the bottom of your subscription information

On Mobile:

  1. Log into your Short Par 4 account (three lines icon on the top left of your screen, select ‘sign in’ at the bottom of the page under ‘join now’)
  2. Click on ‘Manage Subscription’ 
  3. Under your subscription you would like to cancel, click ‘Manage this subscription’
  4. You will then see the option to select “Cancel Subscription” towards the bottom of your subscription information, scrolling to the end of the page

What can I expect to see in my monthly package?

We team up with the biggest and newest names in golf to keep your style and game dialed in. Each month, you’ll unbox fresh apparel and accessories that keep you looking sharp and performing your best, all at a fraction of retail price.

Your product lineup changes every month; think polos, outerwear, pants, shorts, skirts, and even shoes.

Fairway Members:

Fairway Members get everything they need to stay sharp on and off the course. Each month, you’ll typically receive at least one premium apparel item and one to two golf accessories, plus your free poker chip ball marker, of course.

While the products may vary based on the featured brands that month, you can always count on your package delivering up to $100 in top-quality golf merchandise: style, performance, and value all in one swing.

Why can I no longer choose my own products?

Just like in golf, not every new swing lands on the fairway. Our “Pick Your Own Product” (Tour Select) experience was something we were really excited about, and many of our members were, too!

But after testing it out, we realized it wasn’t performing up to Short Par 4 standards. Some members loved the freedom to choose, but even more told us they missed the surprise factor and the hands-off ease of having their personal Style Caddie curate their products.

So, for now, we’ve decided to step back to refine the process and make sure the experience is as smooth and enjoyable as a well-played round. Once we’ve worked out the kinks, we plan to relaunch the feature (better than ever) for those who prefer to hand-pick their monthly products.

Absolutely! If a monthly delivery doesn’t fit your game, we’ve got flexible options to match your pace.

You can choose to get your products every other month (6 boxes per year) or quarterly (4 boxes per year), perfect for golfers who like to keep their style fresh without overloading the closet.

Can I prepay my membership and get a discount?

3 months prepaid: Pay for 3 months at $313.47 for Links and $170.86 for Fairway - that’s 5% in savings!

Membership and Billing Schedule

NEW MEMBERS

When you join Short Par 4, you’re charged for your first month’s box on the day you sign up, then billed again on the 1st of each following month.

  • If you sign up between the 1st and 20th, your first box will ship that same month.

  • If you sign up after the 20th, your first box will ship the following month: don’t worry, you won’t be charged again on the 1st of that next month. (Example:
    if you join on June 27th, your first box ships in July, and your next charge will be on August 1st.)

You’ll only be charged again on the 1st of the following month after you receive your first box.

RECURRING MEMBERS

Returning members are billed on the 1st of every month, keeping your golf wardrobe fresh and your game looking sharp.

PROMOTIONAL SIGNUPS (15th–20th)

If you join under one of our brand-blocked promotions between the 15th and 20th of the month, please note your first box may take up to 10 business days to ship.
Because of this, your next billing date on the 1st might occur before your first package arrives.

Rest assured, our team’s working hard to get your products teed up and shipped out ASAP! 

PREPAID MEMBERS

Prepaid members are charged upfront on their signup date, covering the full prepaid term.
Once that term ends, billing resumes on the 1st of the month for ongoing shipments.

Tracking my Order

In addition to order shipment notifications via email, you can look up the status of your order using our order tracking feature here. You can also find the Order Tracking feature at the footer of our website.

Shipment notifications include: in transit, out for delivery, delivered, delayed in transit, damaged in transit & return to sender.

By what date do I need to cancel so I’m not charged for next month?

Members must cancel their subscriptions by 11:59 pm EST two (2) days before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged again and receiving another package from Short Par 4.

Can I pause or skip my subscription?

Life happens. Sometimes you need to step off the course for a round or two. You can pause your Short Par 4 membership in one of two easy ways:

  1. Email our Member Services Team at members@shortpar4.com

  2. Chat with Marshal, our virtual caddie, by clicking the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

 Timing Matters:

  • Requests made by email must be submitted at least 48 hours before the 1st of the month.

  • Requests made through Marshal must be submitted at least 24 hours before the 1st.

If your request comes in after that window, your pause will kick in the following month.
(Example: You request a pause on July 31: your August box will still ship, and your pause will start in September.)

Return/Exchange Policy

At Short Par 4, all sales are final.

However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we’ve got your back! You can easily exchange it through our Mulligan Process. To learn how it works, check out our “Mulligan Process” section.

Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

  • We can’t accept items that show visible wear, stains, or damage after delivery.

Category-Specific Details

  • Hats: Must be returned in a box to prevent damage during shipping.

  • Shoes: Must be returned within 30 days, unworn on the course, and shipped inside protective packaging (not just the shoebox).

  • Underwear, socks, flip-flops, and sandals: Cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Promotional & Sale Items

All promotional or sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

International Members

For international golfers, we don’t accept returns except for damaged or incorrectly sized items. If that happens, reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll include your replacement in your next month’s shipment.

Loyalty Program (Rewards)

Short Par 4’s Loyalty Rewards — The More You Play, The More You Save

Our Loyalty Program rewards you for sticking with the squad. The longer you’re a member, the more perks you unlock,  just like leveling up your golf game.

Here’s how it works:

  • Month 2: Get a FREE GIFT just for staying in the game!

  • Months 3–5: Enjoy a 5% discount on your subscription box every month.

  • Month 6 and beyond: Swing into 10% off every month (loyalty pays off!).

Anniversary Rewards
Each year on your membership anniversary, we’ll send you an anniversary credit to use in The Vault: your exclusive access to premium golf products.

What happens to my loyalty rewards if I pause my membership or cancel?

We value our loyal members! The longer you stay with Short Par 4, the more rewards you earn through our Loyalty Program.

If you cancel your membership, your loyalty status and rewards will reset, and if you rejoin later, you’ll start fresh at Month 0, like teeing off on a new round.

If you pause your membership, don’t worry! Your loyalty rewards are safe. Your progress simply pauses along with your subscription and picks up right where you left off once you resume play.

Keep your membership active to keep earning; consistency on and off the course always pays off! 

Managing Multiple Memberships? Here’s How Your Loyalty Works

Have more than one membership tied to the same email — like a Fairway and a Links membership, or even a husband-and-wife duo sharing one account? Great news!

All memberships connected to the same email work together toward your Loyalty Program progress, helping you reach rewards faster and enjoy more perks on and off the course.

Will my loyalty rewards expire?

Our Loyalty Program is all about consistency, just like your golf game. As long as you stay active with us, your loyalty rewards keep rolling in every month and never expire.

Rewards only expire if your membership is cancelled.

Your anniversary rewards are good for 180 days after they’re issued, so be sure to use them before they’re out of bounds!

Where can I see my loyalty status?

Your loyalty status can be viewed within your customer portal when you log into your Short Par 4 account.

Who is eligible for Short Par 4’s loyalty program?

All Fairway and Links Member subscriptions automatically qualify for our Loyalty Program (think of it as rewards for staying in the game month after month).

Mulligan Process (Exchanges) - What is a Mulligan?

Sometimes even the best golfers need a do-over; that’s where our Mulligan Program comes in! It’s your way to exchange any item you’ve received from Short Par 4 for a better fit or a new product.

Start your Mulligan by filling out the Mulligan Form in your Member Portal. From there, you’ll be directed to our Returns Portal, where you’ll enter your email, order number, and zip code to get things rolling.

We’ve revamped our Mulligans to make the process instant and hassle-free; no more long waits, just a smooth swing from start to finish.

Follow the prompts to:

  • Get your prepaid return label

  • Choose the size or product you’d like as a replacement

Once that’s done, your exchange order is created instantly, so our team can ship out your new products right away. No need to wait until your return gets back to us; just ship your return within 10 days of creating it to avoid being charged for the original item.

If you’re returning an item due to damage or defect, you’ll need to upload photos during your request. Our team will review them within 1–2 business days before sending your return label.

  3. Click "Return: Mulligan Form" to fill out and submit information on the items you wish to return. 
How long does a Mulligan take to process?

Our Mulligan process is quick and easy, no waiting on the tee box! Once you submit your exchange request, you’ll instantly receive your prepaid return label, and your replacement request goes straight to our team for processing.

Your new products ship out within 2–3 business days, so you can get back to playing (and looking) your best in no time.

Just make sure to send your original item back within 10 business days of starting your Mulligan (otherwise, the original item charge will still apply).

For returns that opted out of the instant exchange; returns will be processed within 1-2 business days of our team receiving the items. 

When will I receive my return shipping label?

In most cases, you’ll receive your prepaid exchange label instantly after submitting your Mulligan request; no waiting on the tee box!

If your Mulligan requires photo review (for example, damaged or defective items), our team will take a quick look and send your return label within 1–2 business days after reviewing your photos.

We’ll get you back in the style game as fast as possible!

When will I receive my first subscription package?

If you join Short Par 4 between the 1st and 20th of the month, your first package will ship that same month, so you can start enjoying your new golf apparel right away!

All boxes ship from sunny Florida, and depending on where you’re located, you can typically expect delivery within 2–5 business days after shipment.

If you sign up after the 20th, your membership will roll into next month’s shipment, with your first box going out before the 15th of that next month.

Important: If you join on the 21st or later, don’t worry, you won’t be charged again on the 1st of the upcoming month. Your next charge will happen on the 1st of the following month, after you’ve already received your first box.

Example: If you sign up on June 27th, you’ll receive your first box in July, and your next charge will be on August 1st.

When will I receive my recurring subscription package?

We tee off a busy stretch at the start of every month. All recurring member orders are processed on the 1st, and with so many golfers in the Short Par 4 crew, our team spends the first two weeks of the month carefully packing and shipping every box.

Depending on where your order lands in the lineup, your package will ship sometime after the 1st and always by the 15th at the latest.

Once your product is on the way, you’ll get an email with your tracking info so you can follow it straight to your doorstep.

If you don’t see that email or have any questions, our Customer Service team is happy to step in and help you out, no mulligans needed!

Account Changes (shipping, billing, membership type)

You can make changes to your account profile by logging into your account by visiting

Click on “manage subscription”, and edit the billing, shipping and membership details as needed. 

Be sure to have all changes updated 2 days prior to the end of the month to ensure your next month’s box is accurately captured with your new updates.

Vault Orders - When will my order from The Vault ship?

An order placed in The Vault ships within two (2) business days. (A confirmation email with tracking will always be sent when your order is being prepped for shipping.)

How much is shipping for The Vault?

Orders over $99.95 are FREE.

Any purchases under $99.95 will be charged $8.95.

Short Par 4 does offer international shipping to our customers. Please reach out to customer service at members@shortpar4.com to check if we currently offer shipping to your country. 

Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of your order, but at minimum will be $25.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the end customer. 

All international sales are final, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We want every golfer’s first experience with Short Par 4 to be a hole-in-one. That’s why we offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee for first-time subscribers, valid on your first month’s package only.

From the day your first box is delivered, you’ll have 14 days to check out your apparel and accessory lineup and decide if it’s the right fit for your game.

If it’s not quite your style, you can return the entire package for a full refund; no hard feelings, no questions asked.
