What is Short Par 4?

Short Par 4 is an online subscription service that delivers selected items each month, curating packages to your personal style preferences for a personalized experience.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account, and clicking “Manage Subscription” on the left side of your screen. You will then see the option to select “Cancel Subscription” on your active subscriptions you have with us. 

What can I expect to see in my monthly package?

Each month, you will pick from a selection of our newest apparel items and accessories for you to ensure that you are receiving a great value and exactly what you would like for your membership. Our mission with each package is to impress you with our quality & variety, leaving you excited for the packages yet to come.

Some Items we have shipped include:

Tops (Polos, Pullovers, T-Shirts)

Bottoms (Pants, Shorts)

Shoes

Outerwear

Accessories (Belts, Hats, Socks, Golf Gloves, Golf Towels, Golf Balls, etc...)

You can receive any combination of the above depending on your current month’s selection availability, keeping the season in mind for all.

What is the deadline to select my months’ items?

Selections must be made for your subscription by the last day of the month before 11:59 PM.

After midnight on the 1st of the month, selections are automatically locked in, and you are unable to select or edit the contents of your month’s subscription.

When can I pick my next months’ items?

Selections to choose your next boxes’ items will begin three (3) days prior to the 1st of the month. To ensure you get your first picks, we encourage you to select your items early!

After the 1st of the month, your choices are locked in and you are unable to make changes to your box.

How do I select my next month’s product?

Product selections open the last three days of the month. When your selection window is open, log into your customer portal, and select “Manage Subscription” on the left. You will then see under your membership “select bundle contents ->”. Click here, and begin the pre-selection process. 

Select the size (and variation of product if applicable) that you would like for each tier/category. Be sure to hit the red “add” button to confirm your selection.

When you reach the end of your product selections, click “save changes”. This will put a red checkmark in the top right corner of your selected products. Your product selections will also appear below your membership icon.

How do I make changes to my next month’s product?

If you would like to make changes to your products prior to the first of the month, simply go back into your bundle contents selection, select “update contents” and remove the product you want to change (click the black “added” button to remove), select your new product and size, and click save changes. This will populate your updated order. 

Product selections cannot be changed after Midnight on the first of the month.

Can I change my selections after I pick my product?

Members can make changes to their package contents any time during the selection window 3 days prior to the end of the month. 

After Midnight on the 1st of the month, your selections will be locked in. We are unable to accommodate any changes after selections are locked in.

What happens if I forget to make my months’ selections by the last day of the month?

Any subscriber who does not make their selections before the end of the month will receive that month as credit to spend in the vault- this will be automatically transferred into your account’s ‘wallet’ for use at any time. 

We are unable to make modifications to boxes or selections after the 1st of the month, and can not accept requests to change your box contents after this time.

Will my credits expire?

Any month(s) that you opt for a credit instead of selecting your monthly subscription will not expire. Your credit will accrue in your wallet within your account, which can be used in our Vault at any time. 

You do not need to use your entire credit balance on the vault in one transaction. Any additional credit balance will remain in your wallet that is not used on a Vault purchase.

Do I need to use all of my credit at once?

No, you do not need to use your entire credit balance on the vault in one transaction. Any additional credit balance will remain in your wallet that is not used on a Vault purchase.

What if I don't like any of the options for this month’s box? 

If for any reason you do not like this month’s box options, you have the option to take that month’s box value and apply that directly to our Vault. Simply log into your account and select “Vault Credit”. This will reflect in your account immediately, and you will not have a box shipped to you for that month.

When am I charged for my subscription?

NEW MEMBERS: new members signing up are charged for that first month’s box on that day they signed up, and charged on the 1st of the month for every month after. 

New members signing up between the 1st and the 20th will receive their first box that same month. New members signing up after the 20th will receive their first box the FOLLOWING month, and WILL NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN for that month. You will be charged again on the first of the following month, after receiving your first package. (For example: your order was placed on the 27th of June. You will not be charged on July 1st. You will receive your 1st box from us in July, and will be charged for your second box on August 1st.)

RECURRING MEMBERS: recurring members are charged on the 1st of every month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Short Par 4 account, click on ‘manage subscription” and select “cancel”.

To avoid being charged again and receiving another package from Short Par 4, members must cancel by 11:59 pm EST two days before the 1st of the month.

By when do I need to cancel my subscription?

Members must cancel their subscriptions by 11:59 pm EST two (2) days before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged again and receiving another package from Short Par 4.

Can I pause or skip my subscription?

You can pause your subscription by reaching out to customer service at members@shortpar4.com. All requests to pause memberships must be completed by the 25th of the month. 

Requests after the 25th will take effect the next month (example: a request to pause the membership was placed on the 26th of July- you will still receive selections for August’s box, and your pause will go into effect for September).

Please note that if you pause or skip your subscription, your loyalty tenure will be lost, starting at month 1 when your paused membership resumes.

Loyalty Program (Rewards)

What is Short Par 4’s loyalty program?

Our loyalty program is based on subscription tenure, providing discounts for the length of your membership with us:

Month 2: FREE GIFT!

Months 3-5: receive a 5% discount on your subscription box every month

Months 6+: receive a 10% discount on your subscription box for every month

Anniversary Rewards*: Each year on your subscription anniversary (based on the month you sign up), receive a gift card to use on our Vault.

1 year: $25 

2-4 years: $50

5 years+: $100

*Anniversary rewards need to be used within 180 days from issue.

What happens to my loyalty rewards if I pause my membership or cancel?

Should you choose to cancel your membership with us, your loyalty status will no longer be available to you. If you decide to join us at a later date after cancellation, you would be considered a new member, with your loyalty tenure starting at the 0 month mark.

As the nature of the loyalty is based on active subscription tenure, members who wish to pause their membership will be subject to losing their loyalty status, starting their tenure at 0 when the pause is lifted. 

What If I have multiple subscriptions linked to 1 account?

If you have multiple memberships under the same account and choose to cancel or pause one of the memberships, those loyalty rewards will not be cancelled, due to the other memberships continued activity within the account. Loyalty points are connected to the account, not the individual membership.

Will my loyalty rewards expire?

As our loyalty program is tenure based, your rewards will not expire as they are redeemed each month you are active with us. Loyalty rewards only expire when memberships are paused or are cancelled.

Anniversary gift cards expire 180 days after issue.

Where can I see my loyalty status?

Your loyalty status can be viewed within your customer portal when you log into your Short Par 4 account. 

Who is eligible for Short Par 4’s loyalty program?

Any customer who is a monthly subscription member is eligible for our loyalty program. If you are only a member of Short Par 4’s Vault, you are not eligible for loyalty rewards, as it is an annual membership.

Mulligan Process (Exchanges)

What is a Mulligan?

A Mulligan is a process for SP4 members to exchange items received from Short Par 4.

Start the process by filling out the Mulligan Form within your member portal. You will be

directed to our returns portal, where you can enter your information (email, order # and zip

code) and start your return process.

We have revamped our Mulligans to be instant - offering a better experience for our

members, with shorter wait times and with a much easier, simpler process.

Follow the exchange process prompts to receive your prepaid return label, as well as select

the correct size or product you would like as a replacement, which will then trigger an

instant order for our team to process for you.

You do not need to wait for your return to be shipped back and received by us in order for

us to ship your exchanged product. Simply ship your return back to us within 10 days of

generating your return within our portal to avoid being charged for the original item.

Any item that is being returned for damages will require photos to be uploaded in order to

submit your request. A member of our team will review the photos prior to receiving your

return label. This should not take more than 1-2 business days.

Why can I no longer use Mulligans for items that are not my taste or style?

The Short Par 4 team is working to create a new subscription box experience for our customers,

which we are lovingly calling Short Par 4 2.0. This new experience will be allowing customers to

start selecting their box items, customizing each month’s box. For this reason, Mulligans for

unintentional duplicate items, or items that are not to your taste are no longer an issue for our

customers.

How do I submit a Mulligan?

Following the steps below in your Short Par 4 account:1. Go to http://www.shortpar4.com/account/login

2. Click “My Account”

3. Click "Exchanges: Mulligans" to be directed to our returns portal, and follow the

prompts to complete your return and receive your return label and select the

exchange product.

How long does a Mulligan take to process?

Mulligans are processed immediately, with you instantly receiving your prepaid return label,

and submitting your requested exchange product to our team for processing.

Replacement products are sent out within 2-3 business days of the original request.

You will have 10 business days to send your original item back to us, otherwise the original

product fee will still be charged to you.

When will I receive my return shipping label?

Most exchange labels will be received immediately after submission.

For items that require a customer service representative to review photos, a return label will

be sent to you within two (2) business days of SP4 receiving and reviewing your Mulligan

photos.

When will I receive my first subscription package?

If you signed up for Short Par 4’s membership between the 1st and the 20th of the month, your package will ship that same month. 

All packages ship from Florida, so depending on your distance from us you can typically expect to receive your package within 2-5 business days from shipment.

Memberships started after the 20th of the month will be included in the next month’s subscriptions, and can expect to have their package shipped before the 15th of that next month.

For members signing up the 21st or later: WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU AGAIN ON THE FIRST OF THE UPCOMING MONTH. You will be charged again on the first of the following month, after receiving your first package. (For example: your order was placed on the 27th of June. You will not be charged on July 1st. You will receive your 1st box from us in July, and will be charged for your second box on August 1st.)

When will I receive my recurring subscription package?

We receive all recurring subscription orders on the 1st of every month. Due to the high volume of subscriptions, we dedicate the first two weeks of each month to packing our recurring subscription orders. Depending on where yours falls in the packing order, your package will ship out to you some time after the first, and by the 15th of the month at the latest. 

You will receive an email with your tracking information once shipped from our team. Should you not receive an email, please reach out to our customer service team and someone will be happy to assist.

Account Changes (shipping, billing, membership type)

You can make changes to your account profile by logging into your account by visiting 

http://www.shortpar4.com/account/login 

Click on “manage subscription”, and edit the billing, shipping and membership details as needed. 

Be sure to have all changes updated 2 days prior to the end of the month to ensure your next month’s box is accurately captured with your new updates.

When will my order from The Vault ship?

An order placed in The Vault ships within two (2) business days. (A confirmation email with tracking will always be sent when your order is being prepped for shipping.)

How much is shipping for The Vault?

Orders over $99.95 are FREE.

Any purchases under $99.95 will be charged $8.95

International orders and Shipping

Short Par 4 does offer international shipping to our customers. Please reach out to customer service at members@shortpar4.com to check if we currently offer shipping to your country. 

Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of your order, but at minimum will be $25.

7-10 lbs - $70

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the end customer. 

All international sales are final, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What is your 14 Day Money Back Guarantee?

Our 14 day money back guarantee is for our first time subscribers, valid for the first month’s package only. 

From the time your first subscription is delivered, you will have 14 days to review the product and determine if you would like to keep your items, or return your package for a full refund.

What is Golf Text?

Golf Text (formerly known as SP4 Text) is a text deal that is available for a limited time only that you'll receive throughout the week.

Golf Text deals can be anything from accessories to apparel to bundles of various items, all for unbeatable prices!

How do I sign up for Golf Text?

You can sign up for Golf Text by entering your phone number at https://www.golftext.com/ 

When you sign up, you will receive a confirmation text notifying you are registered. If you don't receive this confirmation text, try signing up once more or please reach out to customer service and we will be happy to further assist. 

Your first deal will be sent to you the same day you sign up unless it is after 9 pm EST. If it's after 9 pm EST, a deal will sent to you the next day.

How long does each Golf Text deal last?

Each Golf Text offer will last until 11:59 pm of the day it is sent to you or when the item is sold out (whichever comes first).

How often are Golf Text deals sent?

Golf Text deals are sent at least once a week but keep your eye out for more!

What happened to Glove Club?

Glove Club has transitioned into a subscribe and save model, which can be found here. Our new model is available to both men and women!

Any members in our legacy Glove Club will still receive their monthly subscription without any disruption.
