At Short Par 4, all sales are final. 


Returns and Exchanges:

ShortPar4 offers Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any exchange request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.


Exchanges:

To speed up your exchange, select the instant exchange option when submitting your request. We’ll begin fulfilling your order right away. A temporary hold for the item’s full cost will be placed on your card and released once we receive the original item. If the return isn’t shipped within 10 days, your card will be charged—but we’ll issue a refund once we get the item back.


Exchange Guidelines


  • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

  • We can’t accept items that show visible wear, stains, or damage after delivery.

Category-Specific Details


  • Hats: Must be returned in a box to prevent damage during shipping.

  • Shoes: Must be returned within 30 days, unworn on the course, and shipped inside protective packaging (not just the shoebox).

  • Underwear, socks, flip-flops, and sandals: Cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.


Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, ball markers, tees and certain personal items such as flip flops or sandals, gloves, underwear and socks.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Refunds typically take 2-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


International Orders

International Orders are unable to be processed for a return or exchange.
